hi! no unfortunately i wasnt there in mellieha ( even tho i lived there for 14 years hehe!) I am now living in Wales ,the UK u see so that is why. WOuldve been great to go but anyway! I am going to amsterdam the 1st time to see Volbeat AGAIN! i Cannot wait. Theyre playing in Club Paradiso ..in amsterdam just off Leidseplein,but i have no idea where that is hehehe. Are you going to be there in october? why dont you join us? Volbeat are amazing especially live! ( i guess u know them anyway though!)

well the nearest to mellieha is bugiba. there's the wild ones, and although the rrokies is a sports bar the music and bands that mainly play there is rock. there's also the fat harry's pub, where if you're lucky you might catch Colourblind (a good progressive metal band), but in there they play unplugged, still good to watch. Apart from Bugiba (you might still find other pubs that play good music) you have to go down to Paceville otherwise. the thing is since i got kids i have neglected the pub scene (till they're old enough - of course, so i don't know what opened recently). My spot at the moment is the Hard Rock Cafe in valletta - both my kids love it there. C U
